Ottersweier is a famous place of pilgrimage in mid Baden with its pilgrimage church "Maria Linden". Besides it is a perfect starting point for sports and leisure activities. The amusement park "Europa Park" in Rust and the Alsace with Strasbourg are great destinations, as well as the "Mummelsee" at the "Schwarzwaldhochstraße" and the city Baden-Baden with its world famous thermal springs.

In early September the "Zwetschgenfest" in the neighboring city Bühl entices with many attractions.
